Athletic Awards Night
What a year it was for the McDonogh Eagles! On June 6, student-athletes, coaches, and parents celebrated the achievements of McDonogh athletics 2010-2011. Unsung heroes and impact players received honors for sportsmanship, dedication, participation, and performance. Parents J.P. and Judy Grant were honored with a varsity letter for their exceptional support of McDonogh athletics. A representative from ESPN Rise awarded a trophy to the girls lacrosse team, the #1 squad in the nation. Also, junior volleyball player Nancy N. received the first Catie Carnes '10 memorial award.
